Writing courses to get you published.
The theme of our Annual Conference is Storyfest 2023. This year we are celebrating story in all its forms.
This in-person event offers something for writers of all levels — critiques and pitches, pre-conference workshops, Q&A panels, craft and publishing talks, keynotes, a slushfest, a queryfest, an open mic and more.
More than 20 agents, editors, authors, poets, screenwriters and journalists will join us for three days of inspiration, camaraderie and learning.
Speakers include
National Book Award winner Jason Mott, author of Hell of a Book and The Returned
Janisse Ray, celebrated Georgia author of Ecology of a Cracker Childhood
Ashley Poston, New York Times bestselling author of The Seven Year Slip and The Dead Romantics
Columbia author Claire Jimenez, whose just-published novel What Happened to Ruthy Ramirez is a USA Today must-read title.
Best of all, the early bird price is the same as last year! So no increase if you act before June 30!
Janisse Ray will be doing the following events:
Friday Masterclass: Market Your Book Skyward
Saturday Keynote: Five Challenges to Great Writing and How to Conquer Them
Saturday Craft Class: Write Your Own Story
