Today at 5 is a one-hour session of JOURNALING ECOGRIEF | JOURNALING EARTH. I’m offering this space for 5 Sundays in a row, starting today. Join one or join all.
This is for journaling (to me, a less strict form of writing), which is for you and your own advancement as a human. My goal is for us to journey into and through feelings for the earth, to whatever place feeling takes us, to enter its world, to sit at its feet and learn what our inner landscape has to teach us.
The mini-course on journaling ecogrief is designed for you to process thoughts, ideas, and feelings about the unfolding climate crisis, as well as environmental degradation in general.
The cost is sliding scale, by donation. Pay what you can, pay what you want.
When you sign up, you’re signing up for all 5 sessions. The Zoom link you receive will be the same for all 5 sessions.
Every Sunday afternoon for five weeks during August and September I offer you this space to generate writing and process emotions and thoughts through prompts, readings, breathing, presentations, and other short exercises.
The vibe will be loving and hopeful.
Sessions will take place from 5-6 pm Eastern Time on Sunday, Aug. 13 | Aug. 20 | Aug. 27 | Sept. 3| and Sept. 10.
You’ll need to register at Eventbrite. You’ll need to quickly make an account there, I think, if you don’t have one already. They may make you pay something, even a dollar, although you may be able to hit 0.
Then show up today at 5 pm Eastern Time for an hour directed toward your emotional wellbeing, toward greater clarity, toward peace, and toward a place of hopefulness and action.
You will need your journal and your sharpened pencils.
